At House of Panchkanya, we are committed to delivering authentic, pure handloom sarees that celebrate the rich heritage of Indian craftsmanship. Every piece is thoughtfully woven, carefully inspected, and undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our premium standards before reaching you.

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your package. We do not offer free shipping.

Returns are accepted only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been delivered. We are unable to accept returns for customized products or for international orders. Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for processing.

We kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside. It serves as essential proof to help us assess and resolve any concerns related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Order cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped and only if the product has not been customized in any way. If a cancellation is approved after payment has been made, a credit amount will be issued to your House of Panchkanya website wallet. We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Cancellations are granted only under extreme and exceptional circumstances and are otherwise not encouraged.
